Data Exploration and Analysis Portal

The Data Exploration and Analysis Portal (DEAP) is designed to lower the barriers to scientific research by promoting scientific best practices and fostering collaboration, sharing, and reproducible science. The web application allows researchers to work with ABCD and HBCD study datasets which are released through the NBDC Data Hub.

Users can browse study data dictionaries, see variables curation & descriptive statistics, create and download custom datasets, generate charts and graphs, and perform neuroimaging analyses, all in platform. Additionally, users can store all their work, organize and group it, share it with others, and lock it for reproducibility.
